Does Blade Arc use Attack or Caster Speed?

I’d like to try a Blade Arc Commando. Assuming I don’t use the Clean Sweep transmute, will I need to stack Attack Speed or Caster Speed (please let it be Attack).

I’m pretty sure it’s attack speed.
AFAIK any spell where your character’s weapon is coming in contact with the target scales off of attack speed.

Blade Arc is actually a weapon attack skill and does scale with attack speed.

It’s a by-product of the way the system was originally set up, where it goes by the skill type instead of whether or not a weapon is used. So a path skill, like Forcewave, the system sees as a skill that is cast. Forcewave is kind of in the gray area since it is basically a cast skill that we decided to give a shield attack animation and %weapon damage too… so it results in the system not meeting player expectations. Forcewave (when used with Tremor) is the reason, why you often see 2 handed melee weapons with cast speed.
