Does damage converted work for player scaled pets?

Hello,
If I have Avenger’s Crusher, will my storm totem and wind devil also convert their lighting damage to physical, since they scale with player bonuses? I guess I’m not sure what exactly converts when it’s on the weapon, if it’s just for that weapon or for everything.
