Does Disintegration boost Chaos damage?

I’m trying out the “Tainted Power” skill and I can’t tell whether the Disintegration Aether% bonus still applies to Chaos damage. Does anyone know for sure?

The % aether damage on the skill will apply before the conversion, so it will boost your damage. Other % increases such as from gear will apply after the conversion.

Thanks. I was assuming it all worked since the Aether Ray seems to be a very popular skill, but nice to know for sure.

Wait, so why does it even have Chaos damage on the tooltip?

I’m not sure what you are referring to. Neither Aether Ray nor Disintegration list chaos damage.

Wow, thank you for clearing this up. I assumed that Tainted power made Disintegration half as effective by not boosting the Chaos damage. Glad to know I was wrong.
