Does elemental storm stack reduced elemental resistances

Dear all.

I have a question for my understanding. I have applied elemental storm to my Skellies. They can use 3 elemtal storms simultaneously. Does this mean that the opponent will get 3x the lowered elemental resistances? So 3x 32 reduced elemtal resistances? Or 1x 32 reduced elemtal resistances?

Any answers are appreciated.

Only 1 but it increase the aoe obviously. So more enemies get debuffed.

DoTs don’t stack either but the flat Elemental damage does, if I remember correctly.
