From the 1.0.0.8 patch notes (thanks Zantai and Crate!), auras from components will be changed to separate self-buff and pet bonus effects, and the pet bonus portion would be identical to the current aura effect. For auras that currently grant flat damage, will this new pet bonus scale according to +% pet damage?
For example, fire aura currently grants 10 fire damage to all allies, and this amount increases according to the caster’s +% fire damage. Assuming that 1.0.0.8 will instead grant a “Bonus to all pets: 10 fire damage”, will this flat fire damage also increase with +% pet damage? Or do flat damage pet bonuses not scale at all?
Since most pet builds have far higher +% pet damage than say +% fire damage, this change would be a small buff for summoners if the new flat damage pet bonus scaled accordingly, but would be a nerf otherwise.
