I am trying to respec my Drain Essence build. Does Lotus’ 6% increase healing effect improves Leeching? Any idea?
I can’t seem to find any items with -Life Leech Resistance which is critical when the bosses are highly resisting to my leeching. 
Will of Rattosh is the only answer?
It should, unless I’ve horribly misunderstood the % healing stat (possible)
-% life leech resistance is a very rare stat, but not really a necessary stat. You can get by without it just by focusing on damage and generic resist reduction. If you still feel you need more consider using the Haunt Relic which iirc is one of the more readily available sources. Works especially well if you happen to be a Spellbinder focusing on Aether damage.

I find my Drain Essence damage isn’t high enough because my only supplement damage is from Spectral Bind’s DoT and devotion.
What are some good “generic” resistance debuffs?
I feel like I should try Necro/Oath. The new Guardian seems to be good supplement damage.
I find Aether damage very annoying. Devotion for Aether seems to be Aether/lightning, Aether/elemental. I just want Aether/Vita!
The key is to convert other damages in your main one.For vitality DE I have made at some point Opressor,but is untested.
Yeah, building as true Aether/vit is always going to be an uphill battle - best to just choose one side and get what conversion you can. Ie make a ‘pure aether’ version of the build and get vitality to aether conversion as you can. (Pure vitality or even cold are also possible, but not really spellbinder friendly)
As for ‘generic’ resist reduction i was referring to things like the Revenant devotion proc or Arcane Bomb which would lower your enemies resists to aether damage. More damage dealt = more life leeched. Sorry if my poor choice of wording was confusing.
