Does Overload / Elemental Balance affect pets?

Was thinking about building an elemental damage pet character around the Bysmiel’s Mindweaver weapon and the Bysmiel’s Trinkets set.
I was wondering, while Iskandra’s Elemental Exchange can be changed to affect pets via Manifestation - does that mean that the passive enhancement skills, Overload and Elemental Balance, will affect your pets too? Since the Trinkets add burn/frostburn/electrocute damage to your pets, would be nice if the skill enhanced those.

not how it works btw, Manifestation is just a separate pet bonus

IEE affects true pets because it’s a party wide aura, the buff has 12?`meter range, as such it in its entirety affect teammates, incl real pets, with all the stats IEE carries
Manifestation then adds a separate pet exclusive effect/conversion, suppose could say “separate” additionally because auras/team buffs can’t apply conversion to teams directly, and here is then handled by being a pet stat not just global conversion (like conversion mods to BoD or mog pact etc)

Hmm, interesting. In the description of IEE it does not state that it affects allies, unlike Mogdrogen’s Pact for example, hence why I assumed it only applies to pets and allies after the modifier.
So then it affects pets by default, with its own modifier passive skills affecting them too? Thanks!

allies part is in the flavour text

remember how GD tooltips are notoriously wonky, not highlighting, or telling everything “directly” - so when a buff/passive has “x meter range/radius” = team buff

LOL, yeah, I know. Took me a while to figure out some of the skills and how they really work!

Does this mean that if you wear mythical meat shield that pets get the +80% vitality dmg bonus but not the conversion?

also do all these unique stat bonuses apply to pets on fleshwarped bulwark ?
