Does Physical resistance reduction also affect Internal Trauma damage?

Same question for Fire/Burn, Cold/Frostburn, etc. It seems like it might, but I noticed that CoF mentions Acid and Poison resistance separately, albeit on the same line, so I wasn’t sure.
