Does ravager of minds not drop ravager's dreadgaze anymore?

I just killed Ravager of minds 3 times on Elite difficulty and all of those times I got Ravager’s gaze instead of Ravager’s dreadgaze.
Grim tools still says it should drop on elite difficulty as well as ultimate, but it did not happen to me 3 times in a row.
I could not find any patch notes or any discussion posts about this anywhere.
Is it not a 100% drop chance in elite difficulty or am I missing something?

I remember reading about it somewhere. That it’s indeed the case.

loot tables was changed in 1.2, grimtools does not reflect this accurately for all bosses where loot versions are segregated on Normal/Elite/Ultimate difficulty

Ravager now only drops the blue lvl 94 on Elite, to get the legendary Dreadgaze must be Ult kill

unsure if @Dammitt can get GT to find whatever variables in the table is causing this for loot tables where there isn’t an outright separate/individual boss version for the difficulty
(afaik same should apply to ex Sentinel lvl 75 blueprints which shouldn’t only drop on Ultimate, but not totally sure Z fixed that)
