Does reduction to health scale with weapon damage?

For example I have demonslayer pistol that does 10% reduction to enemy’s health. Enemy has 1m hp. Lets dismiss his life reduction resistance.

If I hit him with default attack his hp should be around ~900k (100k life reduction + regular attack)
What if I hit him with for example with cadence with 300% WD. Will 100k become 300k? (first attack) or stay 100k.
Or if I have inquisitor storm spread with 30% WD, will all make 100% life damage or just ~30% each?..

It’s capped at 100% iirc and is reduced if you have less than 100%.

Don’t rely on health reduction it’s a terrible stat. It only reduces current hp which makes it really only useful on th first hit. However most heroes and bosses are nearly immune to it with over 50% resists to that (which cannot be reduced, AFAIK there are no debuffs for hp reduction)
