Does the hellhound draw less aggro with infernal breath added?

I recently had a feeling (could be wrong) between 2 builds the hellhound was drawing less aggro which I could not explain. So I did some test:

If the hellhound only had ember claw , I counted the claw particle effect 14 times in 30 seconds on the dummy, but when infernal breath ability was added it dropped to 9 times in 30 seconds

the attack speed was +58% and cast speed +47%

I am not sure if this actually matters tho since I don’t know if the taunt effect has a certain duration that can overlap with itself?

Claw has a cooldown of 2 seconds. When the cooldown is over and pet has finished current action, he will use claw.
Breath has such a long animation lasted for almost 1.5 seconds or even longer. So, hound won’t use claw immediately after the cooldown ends. He must wait for breath to end.
Therfore, without breath, hound may use claw every 2-2.5 seconds, but with breath, the interval can go to 3-3.5 seconds.

So it’s better to choose 1 skill to focus on the HH instead of both

where can I read up info like that?
I mean the cd on pet abilities, it does not say so ingame, nor in grimtools from what I could find so far

Grimtool shows some but not all. Like Primal Spirit, you can find its all skills in Grimtool. But if a pet skill is a separate skill, like Briarthorn’s Ground Slam and Hellhound’s 2 skills, you cannot find it in grimtool. Data miner helps and I list them below.

Mortar Trap
The big one - 3s for fitst use and 7s for subsequent attacks

Wind Devil
Maelstorm - this is complicated. In essence, it is a buff skill to Wind Devils theirselves, and the effect of the buff is to attack enemies periodically by lightnings. The buff has a duration for 8s and cooldown for 10s, and the internal of lightning bolts is 2s when buff is on. Therefore, 4 lightning bolts every 10 seconds.

If you want to know animation times (which skill is long and slow, which skill is short and quick), there are too many pets and skills, and I can’t list them one by one. You can list the pets you are interest in and I can check their data.

out of that I’m just wondering if hellhound can keep the infernal breath debuff up consistently or not

cd and duration are the same 3s, the coverage rate is about 90%.
