Does tool’s efficiency really work?
I do experiments through SAW PIT.

BUILDING INFO:
A work yard where sawyers cut logs into planks. Tools are needed to work effciently at this building.

One is a saw pit operated by a worker without tools (work rate 95%).
The other by a worker with tools (work rate 91%).
Two saw pits built in the same location.
In one year, it turned out that the two saw pits made almost the same planks.
Even workers without tools produce a little more of the planks.
