Does Twin Fangs constellation work with Pancettis Missile?

Hi

I have the Twin fangs constellation on my 47 HC Battlemage.

Does the twin fangs skill proc on my spell missile attack?

Also I have an amulet with 9% of attack damage converted to health.

Do either work with the missile spell?

I’ve heard all these skills work off weapon dps which for me is tiny 210-282
My missile does 1443-1496 dps.

I’m lvl 11 on the skill. Will it work at this level or do I have to wait till I hit Twin Fangs final level 20.

I cant tell if its working as I havent seen the two projectiles, so maybe it doesn’t.

And I have a gun HC char with high firestrike dps and low weapon dps.
Same principal here?

Just checked the Grimcalc and you can attach Twin Fangs to Panetti Missile. So i assume it works.

Also, Attack Damage converted to health doesn’t work with skills with no weapon damage, the skill needs to have weapon damage for it to work. Panetti Missile has no weapon damage so you won’t get healed by using it.

Also I have eel 15% chance of 36 energy leech. Will this work with missile?

Does Dyad work the same way. Will it proc on missile?

Just click on the node in the constellation window and you’ll see which skill can proc it. Works without investing a single point.

Pretty sure you can attach Twin Fangs to PRM, but…I don’t think it would synergize very well. Unless you have a lot of weapon damage and desperately need it for a lifesteal source, there might be better options for your build. Spell damage won’t be added, as far as I know.
