Let’s see, one SR 25-26 run is like 4 min and nets 15 legendaries. That is 180 per hour. Getting 10k legendaries is 55 hours. Can be done in a week or two. But, it will take time to enter in a spreadsheet what item was obtained and so on xD
If you dump them in IA you can probably then directly connect to it’s database? Potentially.
Hm… seems better than I thought. Maybe I should try some 26 runs instead of 30/32 then (to get those few I haven’t got yet, so I can put even more builds in my todo list )
I don’t think you need to farm You can spawn SR chests from the command line if I’m not mistaken. Lemme tag @Gnomish_Inquisition . I have a program to enable console in Main Campaign even.
I remember making some test in the past but not sure about technical details, not 100% sure if this is good method for testing this.
i didn’t keep track of “new legends” when i tested since i just wanted to check blueprints.
Unsure if there is any caveats or anything like that, with spawning the chests outside sr or rapid spawning them, my default assumption was their loot table/script either were the same or behaved similar enough to be an okay baseline comparison, but legit no clue
can confirm, this seem to be the optimal beginner farm, for basically everything, blueprints/new legends/sets etc, sole exception being if build is already so strong there is little danger/clear difference in higher SR
Besides totem appearing like it has more rng involved, SR also has an easier time with prolonged same session farming, which seems even more beneficial if starting out, not having to exit to main menu constantly to reset totems resulting in less immediate duplicates.
most budget build i’ve tried, and my own 100 starters seems like they’re all/“95%+ of them” capable of 65-66/25-26, but, i also learned sometime ago that pilot/player experience matters a lot, even on starter builds otherwise rated for/capable of easily clearing 26 in another’s hands.
I didn’t compare with 20-21, and it’s also gonna depend massively on build still since movespeed/clear speed related, but at a point, if struggling with Ult shards, it can be beneficial to dial difficulty down, and just clear ex 30-31, 32-33 on Normal because even if the payout is much smaller the avg clear time can be much faster on slow or struggling build. But it’s far from universally applicable, more like if it’s taking 8-10mins to clear 26 on ult, but it takes you 4-5mins to clear on Normal, the lower reward still pays over time. 0 movement skill budget builds might not clear that fast/have that big clear disparity even on Normal tho, possibly it mainly applies to Soldier/Nightblade/Oathkeeper included builds
I am gonna to this project with current strongest SSF-rooster Fire FW commando and Ranged PS druid. Maybe my Vire might templar will be quicker due to the fast movement though xD Will see
