Dot Conversions to Bleed?

With other conversions, the base damage and the dot damage is converted (eg: physical converted to cold ALSO means trauma is converted to frostburn), is that right?

If so, does converting elemental damage to pierce damage also convert their dot damages to bleeding damage?

I didn’t think this was the case, but just realised I don’t actually know.

No, bleed is a separate damage type and cannot be converted. It’s not the DoT of pierce.
