Can somebody explain to me or give examples of an item i should be on a lookout.
Preferably for a 2h phys warder/dk.

Rare items can be any combination of Magic and Rare affixes; an item can have a Rare prefix and a Magic suffix, or vice versa. An item that generates both a rare prefix and a rare suffix is considered a double rare.
Then you best options are purple. Leviathan, Avenger, Guillotine for bleed. One of the Korvan halberds (the white one) boosts Blade Arc but purple weapons are better afaik.
Ofc acid to phys green belt for soldier, Ugdenbog Something, is BiS with the right affixes. Kuba pants (the ones with ranks to Tenacity and Deadly Momentum) might be better than Barbaros in certain configurations. Korvan shoulders (with elemental to phys) might be a good option. Iron Maiden shoulders (with ranks to Cadence) if you (insist to) play 2h physical Cadence…
