Dreeg's Evil Eye transmuter doesn't work with passthrough

The 50% passthrough to DEE from the Deception of Dreeg set doesn’t work with the transmuter. This might be intended/expected behavior, but I was still quite disappointed.

I also don’t know if people make viable builds with this, but reaching sensible amounts of hp with this set on my witch hunter feels unrealistic.

That will be because deception of dreeg mostly supports spam dee. As for transmuter it changes projectile behaviour, no need for a passthrough when the nuke comes from above.
