Drop rate for the Note "Memories of Morgoneth"?

Hi there, trying to gather all the lore notes. I’m missing only one!
I understand this note is a rare drop off Morgoneth. Anyone have an idea of how rare? It’s not listed in Grim Tools as far as I can tell. And my searches elsewhere have revealed zip.
I’ve taken a handful of characters to Morgoneth up to ultimate and none of them have it. I even farmed out the magi achievement with full clears. Not sure how many runs total. A few dozen?

Anyway, is this note my white whale?

from experience “yes”, if you’re not farming ToH actively for specific stuff it can be pretty RNG/“big lucky” to get
*i’ve no clue what the actual drop rate is, other than it seems low from my own runs, but no idea about direct confirmation)/i can’t even spot the note in his loot table at a glance) :sweat_smile:
