Drop rate/overlevel question (Krieg's, Elite)

Trying to farm Krieg’s set now, got 3 pieces in Ultimate @ Lvl 98. When I go to Elite, Valaxteria and Krieg’s level both show as blue (3 below mine)…can they still drop the set pieces?

Thanks, I saw this, but my question is: does being overleveled (mobs level is blue) have any effect on drop rate?

Edit: guess not, they’re dropping just as often. Feels like cheating.
