just checking lol, i never really paid attention i just thought the regen was still partial or something for the duration. nope it’s zero. and the 4 points leading up to it are worthless.

For devotions that give health or energy restored. You get it as soon as it procs, the duration is for side-bonuses like the % reduced duration to bleed/poison for Dryad or the health regen on Giant’s Blood.
aw sht… somehow i thought it healed every sec… but that would probably be too good
