No, because you cannot dual wield shields.

And you need to understand that is not an oathkeeper only thing. That mace can be held by any char and you can use its illusion on any 1handed melee weapon.

it is actually a decent weapon. I use it now on my Blade Arc Spellscourge set Warlord.
