How to make a skill enable dual wield (ranged, or melee) ??? I tried to understand by studying Inquisitor’s, or Nightblade’s, or even Mutilate skills, but …
I even tried with Dawn of Masteries’ Zenithian Universal skills, leading me to: How to make a skill that is Universal ?
It’s really easy, you add the skill to any mastery (just one, not all of them), already give it a skill point in the skilltree (e.g. skillLevel33,1, rather than the usual skillLevel33,0,) and do not include the skill in the UI, so it cannot actually be invested in
