Hello Masters, can somebody confirm or inform about this?
I like to play with pets that scale to player damage. If I find gear that applies its bonus to ALL pets, do player damage pets count?
Can I find something about this anywhere?

No, Bonus to Pets only applied to pet based pets, not player based ones. Player based pets scale with player stats/bonuses
