Dying all the time in the end of The Forgotten Gods (Ultimate)

Hello! Need help/tips about how to manage to complete the game in Ultimate,
ive tried many different builds but none of them seem to work now in the end of the Forgotten Gods expansion.
I have tried making a build around the Gutsmasher, the best weapon i have found but i die all the time in all of the builds i have been trying, im getting kinda mad now and i really dont know what to do anymore, all i wanna do is to finish the Campaign, and then grind SR or Crucible for gear im guessing,

is there any place in Ultimate i / you can grind for better gear? I never seem to find /get anything good

if you die all the time it means there is gaps in your defences somehow
uploading your build to show us (upload your save to grimtools and post link from share buttoN) would allow people to potentially pinpoint your issues
aside from that, resists+overcaps+phys res and armor possibly bit of sustain/lifesteal is often what people lack

totems, rogulike dungeons(skeleton key dungeons), Steps of Torment being fairly easy

Factions also have some really solid items for sale, along with blueprints.
