As the title suggets, do you encounter these only in the Forgotten campaign areas ie the Korvan basin ?

From what i gather every mob with the tag “Eldritch” counts towards the new faction and it gives rep to it.
Zantai said in a stream that only the Korvan Eldritch enemies count towards that number. Guess you can tell if you start a new game and kill an Eldritch enemy whether the faction appears under ‘J’ or not? I think the first such enemy you encounter is the Stone Shambler in the Flooded Passage
