hello folks, a couple of things I don’t understand, I’m building a purifier whose damage is based on fire, lightning and cold, raising the damage of all these raises the elemental damage? And for the devotions that reduce resistances, which would be the most appropriate for this configuration? rowhans crown, solael witch blade or widow?
some info you might need im doing elite level 95 purifier just fine with full dagallons set and ultos, amatok ulzuin and rowahns crown devotions

first, elemental dmg is fire cold and lightning, it’s just combined
+% elemental dmg boost all 3 equally, ie +100% elemental is the same as +100% fire 100% cold 100% lightning
flat elemental is divided evenly among them, so 33flat elemental dmg is 11flat fire 11cold 11lightning
flat elemental and %elemental does not boost fire/cold/lightning dots Burn, Frostburn, Electrocute, those still need their own boosters
boosting purely a mono element would not boost all the element component, ie if you take an item with +100% fire dmg, or +10flat fire dmg, you do not increase the lightning or cold parts of elemental dmg
so if we assume a base of 33 elemental dmg, and 100% elemental dmg(ie 11fire codl lightnign and 100%fire cold lighting) adding 10 flat fire dmg and 100% fire dmg would result in a higher fire base than combined elemental, ie 21 fire, 11 cold 11 lightnign and 200% fire and still 100% cold 100% lightning
same with resistance and resist reduction
%elemental resist covers all 3 equally (since %stat) and elemental RR covers all 3 equally, so fully boost your 3 dmg types
^this makes elemental resist better than fire resist/mono resist focus, and makes elemental resist reduct focus better than mono resist reduct focus
keep in mind in terms of RR that -x% and flat/“nth reduced”, such as solael witchblade/widow vs rhowan’s crown are different types of RR, so you can take both(all 3even) together
if we’re talking about only taking 1 RR devo/or the first one, then rhowan’s crown would be better, since it reduces all 3 elemental resist, and witchblade/widow only reduces a single
if you start to include single ele RR devotions, and you don’t wish to take all/ex if you don’t have enough triggers for all, then take the mono ele RR for the dmg type you have most of, ie if you have more lightnign dmg than fire, and only room for 1 more devo, then take widow (aside from crown ofc)
