For the Elemental Storm skill on the Rhowan’s Crown devotion, it says it reduces enemy elemental resistance, is it a percentage reduction or flat reduction?
Thanks in advance

I would be written with “%” if it was percentage.
It’s flat reduction.
-x% is also a flat reduction even though there’s % in the name. Only x% reduced is multiplicative
I meant this particular ‘Reduced’ thingy case.
Hi. @Ultrakanker
These are the information I know from others who have shared it with me.
(n=number , x=type of resistance)
A: “n reduced target’s x resistance” = flat reduction (R% - n%) : Elemental Storm is.
B: “-n% x resistance” = flat reduction (R% - n%) : Curse of Frailty, Night’s Chill , and so on.
C: “n% reduced target’s x resistance” = multiplicative (R% * {1 - (sgn( R ) * n)}) : Constellation - Viper, Hand of Ultos(skill).
Only RR, which is a B notation, can be added between the same notations.
For C and A, only the maximum value of the same notation applies.
the order of the calculations
B(sum total) ==> C ==> A
I wonder, the ‘x Reduced target’s Elemental Resistances for 2 seconds’ on Elemental Storm, does that number ‘x’ apply to each of the 3 elements, or are they getting 1/3 of x reduced each? For example, if x=30, do we have 10 RR on fire, cold and lightning each or is it 30 RR each?
30 each./10char
Thanks. I wasn’t sure, as flat elemental damage, unlike %, gets divided between the 3 and this is a flat number (no % in description) RR.
also +% elemental damge is equal for all elements
like if you get item with +%100 elemental damge it is both +100% fire, +100% cold and +100% lightning damages
