Hi,

I am almost level 50 on my fire-strike Gunner.
Most of my resist ar around 50 2 are cap and some are realy low.
What do i need for elite to run comfortable thrue it?

Did you complete AoM normal? If so you should be fine at least through conley/arkovia elite. I would recommend around 50 (after elite reduction) for acts 1 and 2 scaling up to 80 by log.

Is there a (easy) way to get more or even cap res at elite?

Higher level items roll better affixes = more resists. At the end of elite (ie maxed out rep) faction vendors start to carry resist augs.
