Emissary - conclave of the three problem

Hi everyone, still kinda new in this game and im tagging in duo with my girlfriend to level.

We have made all quest together since the beginning.

I finished the conclave of the three ( emissary quest ) and I had choose my clan. But my girlfriend cant, she seems to be stuck at the emissary after following him in his portal I think, when she talk to the emissary he says (you stand upon sacred ground, care where you step ) and when she talk to the girl left to the portal ( Kaneta ) she says don’t stray to far now, know your place………

she seems to be stuck there and we cant find why or what to do

anyone have an idea why?

after she hosted the game now Kahatha say speak to the emissary, but the emissary keep saying the same previous thing.

Get your gf to try doing that in single player, see if that clears it.
