End areas still not worth time and effort

I had written an earlier post about my horrible drop luck on Ultimate Steps of Torment well it continues.

Bastion of chaos- only go in there for outcast quest (from now on going to kill the witch). Not any legendaries drop. I made it to boss guy but he snared me and I died but I’m sure I wouldn’t have got anything.

Edge of Reality- way to much work to get nothing

Cue secret area music from titans quest, prepare for hard fight, click huge chest and watch a crap ton of good loot spew forth… Not in grim dawn

Clone after clone killed final clone killed, actual final clone killed (must have died 2 dozen times)…approach 2 clusters of crap and get zero lengendaries. All that work for only the garaunteed drop eyeball armor??

Not worth the time or effort in these “end game” areas.

Seems like grim dawn gearing with items boils down to diablo 3’s kadala save for here its some vendor who will make random legendaries for you if you have enough parts to craft. Don’t get me wrong I have two full pages in shared stash filled with purples so they do drop but the drop rates in the hardest parts of the game is terrible.

I’m going to have to disagree. The secret cave in TQIT was the farming spot. One would gather since they play homage to the music once facing all the bourbon clones this would be deemed an end area. A underwhelming end area loot wise. If you want to argue that its just a secret area ok, but no other secret area comes close to the difficulty.
