I’ve been playing GD for a couple weeks now and have been enjoying it, but I’m beginning to wonder what is next. Diablo 3 starts its next Season at the end of the month and after a while away from that game I’d been planning on starting some new toons for the season. Does GD have any end-game content that matches D3’s Seasons?
For example both games have a bounty system, would the Crucible (which I have yet to try) be similar to D3’s Rifts? Does GD have anything like the Set Dungeons, which only unlock for you when you’re wearing a full armor set?
GD main game endgame is Nemesis and roguelike dungeons.
Crucible is a survival mode where you fight wave after wave of monsters. The last difficulty is definitively harder than anything in the main game, so you can consider it the ultimate challenge for your builds.
Next is the expansion which should come in a few months.
ok, I am ignorant so bear with me… how is a season different from simply starting a new toon ? Esp now that the D3 seasons are not having any tweaks compared to the previous one from what I heard

Crucible is an arena with waves of attacks, so not similar to rifts
The idea of set dungeons sounds awful, I am glad we have nothing like that in GD
What in the hell is this? This sounds so horrible and restrictive that it shouldn’t even exist. Glad i haven’t played any RPG so far with this crap.
Sorry for the outburst, but yeesh.
For endgame you have Nemeses, Mad Queen and rogue dungeons. It’s not much, but the game actively encourages you to roll new toons. I honestly prefer this much more than endless grind with the same character.
