So at a certain point around 50 villagers my entertainment goes to 0% and I cannot do anything about it. No access to building except for the pub ( which has no beer, 3 years not one trader came with beer ) or theatre. I have parks , walks , plaza’s etc and they do nothing. Does anyone have any solutions or idea’s I can try?

With the latest patch v0.7.4 you’re going to have to move up to tier 3 buildings to get entertainment going. The pub’s been moved from tier 2 to tier 3. Only the pub and theatre provide entertainment in the game.
That said, Crate have made adjustments to the entertainment side of things so probably won’t have that request happening so early now.
