Introduction:
Spellbreaker is an iconic classic grim dawn class. While there have been some builds posted lately, I think there needs to be a few more. So in the next few days I will be posting another one. This one is unique in that it allows for the single highest amount of flat CDR; 57% with high rolls. It allows for devotion cooldown only possible otherwise with eternity offhand.

Introduction:
I know pierce builds are somewhat scare out there and I thought it was time to add another great one to the mix. This build utilizes The Unseeing Gaze , a nice rare set which gives a solid amount of CDR for a melee build to use. I combined this with the Belgothian’s Carnage relic to give very good cooldown reduction. To that base of solid CDR I tried to stack pierce weapon damage as high as possible. both of these are faster on current patches with new items/tweaks. the infiltrator can push sub 5 pretty consistently when shadow strike focused or 5:15-5:25ish when beronath aa. The breaker can maybe push 5:30 at best.https://www.grimtools.com/calc/pZrdRL32
