Eraline and Garrund

So, Malmouth was already my favorite expansion of any rpg. It alone trumps most arpg’s around imho. On my current playthrough, I really decided to slow down and read the lore and optional dialog. In the Malmouth sewers there is a little girl who is picked on by the other children and she wants to become a necromancer because her family died in the GD and she just wants to see her mother again. Then there is Garrund, an ex-soldier who, according to him, is a legend to have never lost a fight but to the bottle. He started living in the sewers for years before the GD and it was he who gave the remaining survivors in the resistance a fighting chance by harboring them there.

Superb writing! Thank you Crate for such a wonderful experience! Now if I could only get my skeletons to not die so quickly haha.

Yeah dude the lore in this game is absolutely insanely well done. Immersive, witty, creative, dark, light-hearted…it’s all there.
