Following to grimtools skill Eye of Reckoning cost 16,7 energy/sec (lvl 1). But what i understand if i get more attack speed i will spin faster (base is 1 spin / 0,2s), and it is a question, will attack speed increase cost per second for this abillity?

How do channeling skills like Drain Essence and AAR work?
Should work the same I guess.
