Do we know which relics can “drop” at this vendor (is there some loot table for what he sells)?

I’ve seen a table of all blueprint vendor chances but can’t seem to find it: it was here in Crate’s forums, somewhere

I remember one has better odds of finding some higher level blueprints from Benevald vendor, but that’s it: don’t recall if he drops Eye of Storm relic.
