Yeah RNGesus is going crazy at the time it seems. From one hero monster i received two of the same epic shoulder armor. One from the monster, and one from the orb. And the random notes from bookshelfs have been dropping like crazy recently. Especially in the wardens lab.
Fun fact: almost all Legendary helmets are crafted, while most other legendaries are not. Thus whenever you received a Legendary helmet, you get a blueprint instead.
And here i was wondering why i was getting so many legendary helm blueprints. Good thing Ultos’s Hood blueprint is a thing, that’s how i got it.
