I don’t say my WH has the best gear but can clear most bosses without any trouble (Anasteria, Sentinel,… haven’t tested Nemesis due to not enough rep) but still cannot stand any chance against Mad queen. What are some tips (devotion setup, augment…) that can help you guys facetank her?
I don’t know if her attacks have anything to do with life leech, because my life leech res is -25% (haven’t paid much attention to that).
And it would be nice if you guys can take a look at my char too

Turtle Devotion will help a lot and equipping a MoD as Medal. As WH it’s rather impossible to completely facetank her without these two imo.
Btw, you really should consider bringing Execution to at least 8/8, it will dish out a lot of damage. And no CoF as an Acid WH? Max Vulnerability to 10/10 asap. The Mark of Dreeg flat RR doesn’t stack with Manticore Devotion and each other anymore. You should rather put a Vitrolic Gallstone and a Haunted Steal or Oleron’s Blood onto yout Weapons.
Edit: On a second glance, your Gearing (partly and if possible), Skills and Devotions could use a generall overhaul.
Not enough armor, not enough armor absorption, few DA, low health - all standard features of a typical witch hunter.
However, you do not need to tank the queen face to face, all you need is not to be killed with one blow, the turtle, the mark of divinity, the personification of mercy should help you.
And, traditionally, if you see a red aura - or dispel it with something, or run)

Anyway, if I just keep hit and run and she keeps regenerating like crazy, how can I kill her? When to attack and when to run?
Update: kill her for the 1st time (with 3 deaths). MoD equipped, CoF used. I can probably facetank her when her red aura is off. Maybe more practice and timing experience will help me kill her with 0 deaths
