Faction blueprints are no longer (?) soulbound. This makes sense because once blueprint is learned, it goes into blacksmith’s learned recipies and can be crafted by any char on your “account” once that char find a blacksmith.
Faction potion modifiers are soulbound, but again - once you learn them any char on your “account” can use them once that char find a cauldron.
This has caused some confusion for players and I was wondering if the “soulbound”-tag on potion modifiers (sold by Noktukari and Kurn) simply can be removed because it is redundant in function.
