So in the old old days when area level scaling were different, you wouldn’t because enemies didnt’ scale high enough to drop lvl 94 legends in vanilla, even if technically not a direct loot table limitation.
This changed in 2 ways tho for normal, one being direct (max) area scaling being increased, - but then you might still not “see” it, because you might not have naturally gotten high enough char level in world map without grind(ex on avg i get lvl 70-75 on full Vet clears). Other being SR being added to teh game with FG, which scaled loot to your char level, also on Normal ofc/for a lvl 100 char on Normal SR

PortProton. Prefer to use it for Windows games. The LG Proton 9.27 works better for old(er)/aging games and engines. For an example, Dragon Age: Origins work even better than on Windows (rarely experience a crash in Denerim).

The amount of detail provided has allayed the slight but growing frustration with the disappointment->anticipation->disappointment cycling over the past year+. Thank you for your explanation, I’m no longer frustrated at all.

Take your time if you need it, better to release later but finished product. I can’t wait to sink once again in this game with new content <3 greets from Poland ^^
