Can these be bought? Else are there specific places that will maximize my chances of finding these blueprints? Tks!

chests with dynamite, nemesis etc…
running a zone ´with a dynamite chest over and over helps.

I’ve never gotten a blueprint from a dynamite chest. I got all my blueprints from boss chests and nemesis chests.
ok tks. is there any possibility for these blueprints to turn up at a merchant? just wondering if i shld still be checking the merchants.
Nemesis bosses expect fabius because his loot is much worse. I’m not sure but i think deaths vigil/kymons nemesis also have worse drops, never farmed them myself though.
Undead and beast nemesis are not that hard to find usually. Though they have a chance to be in roguelike dungeons behind the skeleton key door. But very often you can find them before that.
Look at the item in grimtools, if the blueprint does not have a vendor listed, you can’t buy it from any vendor.

I get most of my bp’s from nemeses and from the chests at the end of crucible or rouge-likes.
