I need this stuff to make an empowered malformed effigy.

I’ve been farming Ultimate act one relentlessly when there are loads of plague bearers and acid spitting termites outside Crossing and in the old dump.

I’m so tempted to trade, but have not done so far.

I need 7 more drops.

Is there a better place to farm, or should I go non-self found and grab it from somewhere.

This stuff doesn’t seem to drop. And I’m going loopy loo.

I would consider farming the slith cellar place. The lab where Ellena, the first slith resides.

That would be hargate’s isle/Laboratory.

I did a run there also to farm M. Ichor. Got a single drop, not sure how good it is based off of only one run. Certainly worth a try though.
