for an upcoming doom bolt build i farmed the hidden path final boss for the first time and ofc i got the other blueprint (and tons of pants…) before the one i wanted. i didn’t keep tabs but it’s safe to say that in the same time i could have farmed several full morgoneth sets (that was my previous farming target). can we just fill the chests beside the attendant with some goodies, maybe a chance to drop the blueprints?

aside from increasing the chance could also just give him a chance to equip and drop the helmet outright? 
so like, 10% chance for blueprint (5-5) and 5% chance for the helmet (2.5.-2.5)
that’s “basically” then combined in line with other stuff too, ontop of a little “variation fun”
