Farthest Frontier - Not enough Labourers - Wandering Cannot Work

Almost half of my population

(10 out of 28) have the status wandering and cannot work. If I add up the Professions that are set (15), the builders (3), the laborer number sets itself to 3. However, there are still a large number of citizens doing nothing and I can’t solve the situation. ? All of my buildings have enough resources (occasionally I run out of logs but the idle sods won’t go chop more! There are a ton of trees and rocks identified to be gathered and they aren’t touching them. There are a number of buildings to be built, one identified as prioritized, no one builds them, even when the Builders number is adjusted under professions. There seems to be a serious flaw in the logic around this - if there is some sort of rule that results in this, then it’s absolutely not clear as I’ve tried everything I can think of. Please fix/clarify as this unfortunately kills progress and this looks to be an awesome game so far.

Could you please provide some screenshots showing an assigned worker who is unable to work’s industry building? This may help us understand better what is going on.

I think check both the number of children you have and the workers assigned to a build site. both will not show up in the screen you showed.
