The search bars in the Devotion screen and the stash are absolutely invaluable.
It would be great to get the same functionality to highlight skills in the mastery screens.
My main use cases for this are as such:
- Trying to find cold and elemental damage bonuses or other beneficial effects that fit with my Nightblade in other classes
- Finding that damn skill the item I picked up tells me I have on one of my classes, but I just can’t find it and have to hover over all the icons of both (and miss the right one out of impatience), or, most likely, alt-tab to search online which kind of takes me out of the game’s atmosphere.
In addition, no matter whether you add more filter bars or not, accessing them with a hotkey - why not the universal Ctrl+f for search by default - instead of having to click the small bar, would make them even more useful.
Bonus idea: clickable keywords
This is more ambitious UI-wise, but imagine if you could hold Ctrl when an item description popup is open, and it would keep the popup open and change the skill names into clickable hyperlinks. Clicking one would take you to the corresponding skill on the correct mastery page. If the above idea is implemented it could achieve this just by opening the correct screen and setting the filter/search bar to the skill’s name.
