[Feedback] [1.1.5.0] Soiled Trousers need more love

In last patch 1.1.5.0 many Blue DOT Retaliantion items have very nice UP
Example Daega Set - each item was UP by 50% Retaliation Damage

But Soiled Trousers have very minor UP

I suggest to add Myth. Soiled Trousers some % Retaliation Damage and maybe UP from 5% to 8% RtA damage on proc

Yeah, improve the item to not be shitty! I am thinking about Solied trousers +freshly buffed Backscratcher off-hand build :thinking:
