Heya,
Pretty cool idea on how to make shared Iron Bank with the new NPC - Garrus. However, a lot of players have super low level mules to store items on and none of those mules has access to Conclave of the Three.
So can Crate move Garrus to Devil’s Crossing, please, so mules have access to him too? There is really no point to tie this particular NPC to story progression.
+1, of course this NPC should be in Devil’s Crossing, outside the gate.
Imo, opening addinional chests for mules is a main advantage of “common bank”. If I want to craft, I can put components in “item transfer” and craft by rich character, but for mules I have to use MP or sell tons of trash-epics and legs.
Move NPC in DC, please.

I really think that keepers of the iron should be in every “big camp” in the game (like DC, Homestead, Fort Ikon e.t.c.)
I’ve never encountered this NPC, but you could always transfer a merit for Elite to your mules - it unlocks all portals in normal, allowing instant access to wherever.
Of course, if you need a quest to unlock… then yes, please make him available straight away!
