Fevered Rage

I can’t be alone in thinking that it just doesn’t compute that the crazed, berserker fury this inflicts is not distracting for spellcasters.
Please add at least one of the following debuffs to afflicted enemies: energy regen reduction, skill energy cost increase, skill disruption.

I would really like to see such a change. Fevered Rage is a double edge andd while it is interesting for retaliation chars, you need to compensate a lot for the increased offensive AND speed. The real problems begin when mages just start casting like crazy and your melee retaliation becomes next to useless. Sure, you have attacks to bridge that, but … it feels like fevered Rage makes all into a gamble. Too many mages? Well, have fun dying now.
