I’ve completed the entire Bastion of Chaos dungeon and got the achievement for beating the final boss, but somehow didn’t get the achievement for surviving the Fields of Despair even though I obviously did do that. Is it a bug, or do I need to do something else to get the achievement to trigger (ie click on some reward chest like in the Chamber of Souls)?
