I tried to help but instructions were unclear and I made Cold 1h PS :thinking:
Not a beast / an improvement but playable. I built around 1.1.9.2 buffs:

  • conduitā€™s PS damage increases to 360
  • shield gets 45% Lightning to Cold
  • gloves get 18% Acid res

Perhaps I am the 1st person in the world who has used this shield.

I think PS is going to be blueish after you equip the conduit
and one can also use the cold shield illusion below:

And only i thought Druid is the best combination for cold Shaman. Sick build anyway, another must try build on the list when new patch come.
